How long will it take to receive my yarn?

At this time we offer preorder yarns as well as ready-to-ship yarns. We have different shop pages for each!

Preorder turnaround time ranges between 8-12 weeks for your yarn to depart the studio. We aim to ship ready-to-ship yarns within a week of ordering!

With that said, yarn clubs and advents have specific timelines for departure/arrival that are separate from regular orders. Please refer to the details in those product listings for more specific information.

Can I combine ready-to-ship and dyed-to-order yarns?

Please be aware that we have two different shop pages now. One is for ready-to-ship yarns and the other is for dyed-to-order yarns. Please kindly do not combine ready-to-ship yarns with dyed-to-order yarns. Thank you!


Do you have a refund/cancellation policy?

Due to the nature of our yarn dyeing process, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us promptly so we can work with you to answer any questions or concerns and/or resolve any issues you may have with your order. More often than not we will work with your situation. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please carefully consider your financial investment before placing an order with us.



What do I do if my package of yarn is lost, stolen, or damaged?

Unfortunately, this happens and it is absolutely heartbreaking when it does. The best option is to communicate with your local post office. Once your yarn package leaves our hands and enters the USPS system, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged yarn. It is then in the care of the United States Postal Service and is their responsibility to make sure your goods are delivered to you.

Please kindly double check that you typed your shipping information in accurately. Sometimes autocorrect takes over and it makes subtle but significant changes that can negatively impact the delivery of your order!

Do you dye custom orders?

No, we are not accepting custom orders at this time.

What wool wash do you use?

After the yarn is dyed, we use either unscented or Lavender scented (depending on what is available) Eucalan wool wash to rinse the yarn. The resulting scent is very light in fragrance or completely unscented. Some individuals are sensitive to strong fragrances, so we keep this in mind when preparing yarn.


Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we accept wholesale orders on a case by case basis. Please contact us for more information.

Do you work with knitwear and crochet designers?

Yes! Absolutely. If you are a designer looking to begin a new design, we would love to work with you on helping you find the perfect yarn for your next project.
